Clients are responsible for:

Complying with all official requirements and additional checks requested by authorities.
Any inaccuracies, omissions, or false statements may lead to delays or refusal.
Our services are intended for individuals of legal age. We may deny service or access if misuse is detected. Users agree not to:

After payment, we begin the assistance process which typically includes:

Timeframes are estimates and may vary. Processing times and outcomes are determined by government authorities.
Our agency fee covers administrative assistance (guidance, eligibility checks, document review, and status updates). Government fees (if applicable) are separate and non-refundable; they are set by the authorities and may change without notice.
Prices shown at checkout are in the currency indicated and may include applicable taxes or payment processing costs.
We want you to be confident in our assistance.
If we fail to deliver the listed assistance (e.g., no review/guidance provided), you may request a refund of the agency fee.
Once an application has been finalized/submitted with our support, the agency work is considered rendered and the agency fee may be non-refundable.
Government fees are determined by the authorities and are not refundable through us.
To request a review of your case, contact us promptly with your order details. Refund eligibility will be assessed in line with this policy.
We strive for accuracy and timely support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, approvals, faster processing, or specific outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visa Pro Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the agency fee you paid to us for the service at issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes may be brought in the courts located in Delaware or, at the Client’s election, in the courts of the Client’s residence, where permitted by law.
